Helping new parents with identity shifts, postpartum anxiety, depression, rage, relationship changes, and grief.
About Lauren
I truly enjoy working with new moms/parents to help them adjust to the major shift in life that undoubtedly takes place when you have a new baby. I often work with parents who have struggled with identity shifts, postpartum anxiety/depression/rage, relationship changes, grief/loss, or any of the other often unspoken challenges that come with new motherhood. My approach is to draw on your strengths to help you build skills to cope more effectively.
