Since 2003, I’ve supported families through birth with compassion, evidence-based care, and unwavering encouragement. As a DONA-certified doula, Lamaze educator, and lactation counselor, I believe birth is a powerful, natural process. I’m honored to guide families through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum with knowledge, calm presence, and heartfelt support.
