Physical therapy for pelvic floor, menstrual, and obstetric health, including early recovery after cesarean birth.
About Autumn
Autumn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor, menstrual, and obstetric health. She supports individuals through pelvic floor dysfunctions, endometriosis, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery using evidence-based, whole-body, trauma-informed care. She is especially passionate about expanding access to early postpartum rehab—particularly week-one support after cesarean birth. She also co-founded the Rochester Endometriosis Collective to improve awareness and care for complex pelvic conditions.
Insurance and payment: Autumn is an out-of-network provider, which allows for longer, one-on-one sessions and truly individualized care. This often means fewer, less frequent visits and more time to focus on what matters most to you. She can provide superbills for possible reimbursement, accepts HSA and FSA payments, and offers virtual visits to make care more accessible and flexible.
