About Teagan
Teagan is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-D), is trained in EMDR, a doula and is working on her perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C). Formalities aside, Teagan was called to birth work and perinatal mental health after lived experience of natural conception after a long road with IVF and a surprise endometriosis diagnosis. She is also a NICU mama. Teagan's therapeutic style is a blend of EMDR, nervous system work, perinatal mental health and a side of compassionate humor.
