About Abby
If you are a new, expecting, or experienced mom reaching for support, I would be honored to help. I know first hand how absolutely integral connection is during motherhood, and am passionate about providing that support- through individual therapy, supportive groups, and virtual connection. I use many therapeutic approaches in my work and have additional training in integrative health, nutrition, and yoga to address wellness holistically.
Insurance and payment: I am not currently paneled with insurance companies, though this is in my future plans. My cost per session is $110 with a Sliding Scale available for those in need.
