I’m a co-founder of Kindred Connection and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in family-focused care and the transitions that come with growing and changing families. I support individuals, parents, and couples navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and the many shifts that come with growing a family. I believe in approaching these seasons with compassion, making space for gentle growth, and ensuring no one has to navigate them alone.
