When We Share Information
- With providers, when you ask us to match you. We share only what you agree to on the matching form. Your name and contact details are shared only with providers you’re connected with.

- When required by law, or to protect someone’s safety.
Provider listings, including the contact details providers choose to publish, are public by design.
Payments
Membership payments, donations, and sponsorships are processed by third-party payment platforms. Your card or bank details go directly to those platforms and are never stored on our website.

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping providers and staff logged in. If you turn off cookies in your browser, you can still browse the directory, but you won’t be able to log in.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to help you and run our programs, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
