We Review Your Request
Our team reviews your responses and looks for an available affiliate therapist or supervised intern who fits what you shared.

We’ll follow up using the contact method you prefer and help connect you with a mental health provider who fits.
Free Intake Matching
There’s no cost to complete the intake. Affiliates are independent practices with their own rates, insurance, or private-pay options.
Licensed and Supervised Providers
The pilot includes fully licensed affiliates and one supervised intern therapist. A licensed clinician supervises each intern.
Rochester-Based Care
In-person options around Rochester, with telehealth available too.
